Went through a very difficult personal time while working here - horrific DV and restraining orders at home. Was treated terribly by Brad, Danielle, and Mag at work. Constantly bullied by them. Working in kitchen with Covid. 12-14hr shifts at times. Dining room and bathrooms were always a mess. Embarrassing for brand standards. 11 yrs in the company, working all over the country, and this was my last straw.
We’ve had it now on 4 separate occasions where our order was missing items. This last time went inside to get it and my son had to use the bathroom. I’ve seen porta potties cleaner than this bathroom. Urine all over the floor from under urinal to the stall. Stall toilets looked like someone peed on them, toilet paper on the floor. Placed an order tonight for a couple of drinks and asked for 2 large cups of ice because this location does not sell it - yes I would have purchased the chewy ice. Got to the window and was presented with the drinks and 2 small cups half full of ice. I repeated my original request and was told that the manager told the drink maker to swap out for small half full cups of ice.
