“Friends and family is my new favorite spot on a Monday! The pizza might be the best in Portland and they have a lovely selection of wine! The staff is kind and knows their stuff! Its so great to have another awesome business in Portland!“
“We had a great experience at Angoor! I hosted a 50th birthday and it was nothing short of perfect! Self Pour wines, charcuterie boards and we brought in our own homemade cake! Service was top notch! There are gluten free and non alcoholic options as well. Everyone had a great time!“

“Great food made on the premises, including homemade desserts and sourdough bread. Try the charcuterie plate with several cheese, fruit, nuts, bread and a rotating sliced meat. Or the grilled shrimp or tuna, both yummy. Cocktails, wine, espresso -- choices galore. gotta love the espresso martini, even a decaf one! Jazz or blues background music, no headbanger stuff. Relax and enjoy...“

“We ate there for dinner for the first time last night. The atmosphere was spot on however it was fairly cold in the back room we sat in (it was a little less inviting of a room compared to the other spaces to sit). The music was not what I would’ve expected for a candlelight dinner but it was fine. The bread and olive oil were great, the hamburger was really good but the fries were nothing to write about. They were flimsy and greasy and barely cooked enough. My husband ordered the steak and potato fritters and he shared his “fries” with me. He finished my fries with the malt vinegar aioli. He said, his steak was pretty good but wouldn’t order it again. Thought for the price it was a small plate of food- he was still hungry and ate the rest of mine.
With all this said- the BEST part of our whole meal was the WINGS for our appetizer! They were amazing and we’d go back just for these! They are a must have!! Good portion for us to share! In fact we think they should bottle up the wing sauce and dipping sauce to sell, it was that good!! We plan on coming back to try other items! Next time I’ll take pics! Everything was well plated!“

“Cannot recommend this place enough.
Went for a NYE fixed menu, sitting at the bar. Dishes were beautiful, service skilled and kind, and the owner we met (Kim) was lovely. Drinks were balanced and beautiful.
I loved everything about this place.“

“Great hang and no pretense! Hoping they reprise the Thanksgiving Day late nite reboot this year! Henry’s is great anytime of year, but there’s nothing better than the late nite Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich, with drinks and a “green tea” chaser! Cheers!“
