Great service. The best pizza.
Pizza and beer is good, but I go because I like the atmosphere!
Everytime we call to place an order they are just short of rudeness. I have only encountered one person there when I've gone to pick up our order who has been pleasant. Just ordered this evening, terrible customer services skills on the phone. I don't eat in the restaurant anymore, as the servers are about as personable as the guy who just answered the phone to take the order this evening. Based on the reviews, Pat's Pizza Windham is a local treasure with a great atmosphere, including TVs at the tables. The wait staff is amazing, polite, and positive, and they work well under pressure. The food is delicious, affordable, and reasonable. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. One order of two Beef nachos was not ready on time, arrived barely warm with mozzarella cheese turned into a brick, and had no sour cream or guacamole. A Labor Day lunch had overdone fries and fried haddock that tasted like the oil, though onion rings were ok and crispy. Fried pickles tasted like cheddar cheese between the breading and the pickle. Also, a regular customer will not return after a dog was allowed to sit on an owner’s lap at the bar, which was considered dirty and against health codes.
