Usually I have a good time eating here (other than the fact they removed to soda fountain from the dining area) but I’ll share what happened tonight: I put remove and add ketchup on my mcchicken on the kiosk. I get a mcchicken with just mayo no ketchup. Go up to the counter to let them know and ask for ketchup packets, the lady behind the counter asks if there were any other modifications to my sandwich and I tell her no lettuce and regular ketchup, she types it on the cash...
