The food here is great! It’s always been good, and so have the coffees. BUT, the last two times I’ve stopped here, I’ve asked for the snack wrap (with the hashbrowns) with the white cheddar cheese and sausage; this is done through mobile order. BOTH TIMES, the snack wrap has come with the regular bacon and orange cheese. Now, I can eat bacon just fine, but I asked for sausage and didn’t get it. What if I was allergic to bacon? That might seem extreme, but when customers make requests they should be followed. I also work in food service, so I understand it can get busy, but I didn’t get what I was expecting to have paid for. Thank you.

Wiscasset dunkin is the best dunkin I have ever been to. The staff are always fast and friendly, and my coffee is perfect every time. My only complaint is about the large sip lids. Most of the time the sip stopper at the top doesn't stay open and I have to hold it down to drink my coffee. And lately the lids have been popping off completely. On my way to work this the lids popped off as I tried to take a sip and it spilled all over me. This isn't the staff's fault which is why I'm giving 5 stars on everything. They deserve it. But those sip lids gotta go.
Slow as molasses drive through. Food was mid at best. My sandwich didn't have melted cheese on it. The hash browns were half destroyed. I won't even bother next time. There's a gas station across the street with cheaper and better coffee.
