I think one of the owners just needs to take a step back and humble themselves and understand that without employees you don't have a business, without patrons you don't have a business and when you treat your employees like they're expendable and less than, you're going to end up with a reputation, this is a small area, people talk and word travels quickly, so don't mistreat your employees and by all means respect them, because in the long run I don't think that a single individual...read full review
