Dunkin' is a welcoming spot with a recently refreshed interior that offers plenty of seating and natural light. It is conveniently located off Route 1 with 20 parking spots near the entrance. The clean lobby has a few seats for dine-in customers, but many prefer the drive-thru. The restaurant is known for good experiences, and staff have been considerate, even offering cheese slices to dogs on a tiring day. Customers enjoy the great food and consistently good coffee. However, some issues have been noted, such as incorrect orders—like receiving bacon and orange cheese instead of the requested sausage with white cheddar cheese and hashbrowns—and problems with the large sip lids, which sometimes pop off unexpectedly. While the drive-thru can be slow and the food occasionally average, the staff are fast and friendly, and the atmosphere remains welcoming. Bathrooms are available for customers.
