Red's is an experience, not just a great place for an excellent lobster roll. Expect to be in line for at least an hour, maybe more. Anywhere else, the inclination is to say "forget it; the juice ain't worth the squeeze". Every time we've queued up at Red's we've had a great time talking with the folks also queued up. First time yesterday. Beautiful day to go and wait in line (part of the experience). Based on quality of the food, I’m not sure the line could have gone any faster to serve people. Red’s Eats was the last stop on our Lobster roll pilgrimage. Lobster was tender and plentiful (definitely as compared to the competitors we had sampled). Exceeded expectations- which were pretty high.

I did NOT eat here, but stupid google keeps haunting me to review this place!! So, here's your review: My bf and I did a search for "Best Seafood" in Maine for a Road Trip we are planning. RED'S EATS consistently came up as "BEST," "HIGHEST RATED" or "#1 WITHOUT A DOUBT, HIGHLY RECOMMEND." So they are DEFINITELY on our radar and will be a part of our Maine Road Trip. Maybe we'll catch you there!
