Fantastic wine bar, amazing food. While the menu is small, the attention to detail elevates each dish - you must especially try the scallops on the half shell - the lemon-olive oil emulsion and sea salt are simple - but elevate the scallop. A lovely evening at Art Walk Wiscasset, Summer 2023 included an always lovely visit with friends at the Wiscasset Bay Gallery, and irresistible finds. The owners' recommendation for "In a Silent Way" was an unexpected treat. "Wine Bar" is such an understatement for this special eatery in Wiscasset...along the Maine Coast. The nicest people in town serving some of the best food in Maine. It's the first place I recommend to out-of-towners and locals alike. Not only is the wine excellent, the salads, oysters, and desserts stand out in particularly in my mind as some of the best I've had.
