Fish and chips are good the burger was juicy but all is easily done at home. Reservations are needed for window seating that overlooks the water waitresses are welcoming and friendly but food is a bit pricey.

This is our special occasion spot. The atmosphere and views are both so beautiful, and the food is good (not always excellent, but never bad). Coming here always makes me happy.

We only came here once, specifically for oysters and they were fantastic. The freshest I have ever eaten.

This establishment was recommended to us for lunch yesterday. The chef must have been out for the day. My wife had muscles that must have been prepared far in advance of our arrival as they were half the size, hard and dark brown. Not good. My haddock sandwich was overcooked, and dry.

I had an amazing experience at Water Street. The food was incredible, best bacon wrapped scallops I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed the delicious haddock cakes. Kiki provided attentive and prompt service, with a comfortable yet refined atmosphere. I will definitely be back during my next adventure to Maine.

Nice place with a view of the Sheepscott. The food was very good and to top it off my favorite IPA on tap.

This place is the bomb! The whole team and owners take pride in themselves to make sure your visit, meal and drinks are the best each and every time you show up! Their quality menu and portion sizes are just right & amazing which is so so important however, the complete dining experience is what keeps me and all their customers coming back! It’s my go to when in Wiscasset on the waterfront.
Thanks for your professional acumen and investment into your craft!
Ed, Shane(Shizzy) & Kathleen along with their loyal team make you feel like family!
Make a reservation! It is always full…

The place is beautiful. I was over from Ireland and wanted to try the lobster. My phone only worked on wifi. I went to the place earlier in the day to make my reservation. Everyone and everything was warm, welcoming and romantic and the food was tasty. The best scallops wrapped in bacon followed by lobster (with a bib for me). Next time back I will dine in the day to catch the amazing views.

Great spot for an oyster happy hour with water views. The salad and Brussel sprouts were great too. Friendly staff, and beautiful setting.

CLAM CHOWDER In Maine nothing is more disputed than Lobster rolls or Clam Chowder. Every place has the “Best in Maine”. Bottom line they are all different and so it comes down to personal likes. For me, I dislike chowder which is artificially thickened or overfilled with undercooked potatoes. I dislike chowder where the clams are too big. I dislike chowder which is just put together as a formula. Jesse seasons it with knowledge. For me, this is as good as it gets. PERFECT

Excellent lunch! Five stars for each category. The food was excellent, the brussel sprouts were so good, the steamers were fabulous, toast points were not included which is disappointing but we ordered some to compliment the steamers and were so glad we did. We couldn’t leave without getting some oysters and these were very fresh although not particularly large. Our waitress Kiki was very persuasive and talked us into desserts, the key lime pie and the cinnamon bun cake, both were fabulous. The ambiance was relaxing with a beautiful water view and comfortable seats. The music wasn’t too loud for a long lunch filled with great conversation. Kiki was great about not rushing us out after we finished. The restrooms were clean and clearly marked, even a sign pointing the way! This place gets so much right. It is pricey but as a splurge with a good friend it’s so worth it.
