WOW!!! I will be thinking about this sandwich for a very long time and wishing I lived closer to Yonder.
I got the Bobo — piled high with roasted mushrooms! The combination of the mushrooms with the rich, tangy bean spread, the peppery arugula, the salty crunch of pistachios and the bright pickled onions is something I’ll crave from this day forth. The focaccia is the perfect amount of crispy and soft and makes the ideal medium for this delightful combination of ingredients. (I also got a fried egg added to my sandwich and highly recommend this!!)
This sandwich reminds me so much of the legendary Salty’s sandwich shop n Brooklyn, NY (now closed but I used to live around the corner from them, RIP). Oh the lucky people of Maine!
The atmosphere is very inviting and the service is lovely. They do get a bit slammed at lunch — but no surprise there.

Extraordinary sandwiches! Everyone was different and yummy. Wish they were open more often.
The Music was so good! The food was delicious, I had the Bobo and the ruby. It was so so yummy. I also drank the pear ginger smoothie, which was the bees knees. My BFFF (birthday girl!!!!) ate a gluten free bobo and LOVED IT! We wanted to know where the cashiers dress was from. but everything working there was awesome!! i want to go back!

Our experience was a mixed bag. The food was fresh and delicious! However, the room was extra small with very little space for sitting or standing in line. My grandfather had to repeatedly stand up during his meal to allow other customers to squeeze by on their way to the restroom.
However, the most irksome part was that at the end of our meal, after we had paid and tipped, my 7 year old daughter wanted an extra piece of their foccacia bread. So, I send her up to the counter with a $5 bill to buy a piece. She returned with a piece of bread and no change. She said that the bread was free, but the cashier took the $5 bill away from her and put it in her tip jar. Beware of the staff. They are not paid well, and you can't trust them. They are the kind of people who will take candy from a baby.

One of the best sandwich shops in the state. All of their sandwiches are on a square of freshly made focaccia and the ingredients are all quality. A must stop regardless of if you’re only in Wiscasset for lobster. :-)
