I really wanted to like this place, but the margaritas were overly sweet and all the food kind of tasted the same and lacked flavor/seasoning. We had tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas. The fajitas were the best of the three. The queso appetizer looked like it came from a can. The service was good.

Food was just okay. Lobster was previously frozen in lobster taco. Scallop taco was better. The Mexican corn was not as flavorful as it should have been. It tasted torched not roasted, slathered in Mayo, and minimal cheese. I gave it three star mainly for the scallops.

AWESOME!!! Great staff, great food great portions. Highly recommend the roburrito. I'm stuffed with the small and a chowder. Happy to hear they may be opening a second location.

I've never left a review before for a restaurant, but this place was easily the worst meal we've had possibly ever, and I'm currently dealing with food poisoning from this place. Ridiculously overpriced and disgusting food. Only thing good there was the service. Don't waste your money.

Highly recommend Burrito Betty's!!! We ordered catering for a large event and not only was the food amazing but Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and very helpful in building the perfect menu for our group. He also delivered all the food and did such a thorough job setting everything up for us! We'll definitely be working with them again next time we're in the area!

Bigger on the inside than it appears from outside. Great service and I'll rank the food up there with some of the better Mexican eateries I've been to. Also MASSIVE pieces of steak in the fajitas!

Ordered takeout tonight and there were no tortilla wraps for my fajita, no guacamole either. When I called the girl that answered the phone was so rude. I can always understand a mistake but she handled it terribly. My husband had an enchilada that was very dry and lacked a lot of flavor. This is the second time we have ordered under the new management and the second time they screwed up the order and the food was lackluster at best.

Tortilla chips were fresh and really the only good thing about the food. Salsa was void of salt and was watery; just not good. Pork burrito was gigantic but basically just pork with cheese. Whatever else was listed as being in there wasn't; maybe a few ounces of rice. Also super greasy as someone else noted. Service wise they were super busy and you could tell they needed more staff with the wait times on ordering and getting food. I think the place could be a hundred times better if they used salt and spent more time including the right ratio of ingredients In their menu items. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I ordered online for pickup. I went to their website, but found no menu. I did find a menu after exploring the google offerings. Turns out it is outdated. I called in the order, specifying two orders of nachos, a tostada salad, and a quesadilla with veggies. Upon arriving, the two orders of nachos were all in just one bowl, there was no tostada salad because it isn’t on the new menu, and we had to wait while a different salad was prepared, because we were not told there actually is no tostada salad, when we ordered over the phone, and the quesadilla was nearly veggie free. The nachos were ordered as two orders for a reason, but were not presented in separate containers. As mentioned, the nachos were in one container. We are return customers and were very happy the other times. We will be back. We want them to succeed, but there has to be better communication among the staff and to their customers. If you order online or over the phone be sure you are going to receive what you ordered.

Very disappointing. Their food truck is at my work almost every day. I got a burrito once. It was as plain as it gets. Beans, cheese, and rice. I don't have a problem with the ingredients but it was painfully bland. Put a veggie in there, maybe a hint of lime, or cilantro.

This is a great place on the border of York and Kittery, Maine. Small but charming and with a pleasant enclosed patio to wile away the time with a margarita. The guacamole is superb! I chose the chicken enchiladas with cream sauce which was so incredibly delicious that I went back for a second time for the same great service, the pretty patio and wonderful service! Highly recommended!
