Everything was delicious at 518 Noodle Bar! We went for dinner and loved everything we ordered. Tasty apps (crab rangoons & dumplings), fun cocktails, and a solid variety of entrees (ramen, noodle dishes, meat & vegetarian options). Staff was also so friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely go back!
Went for an early dinner, no one else was eating there at the time. Staff was very nice and attentive. We ordered scallion pancakes, spicy peanut wontons, cashu pork ramen and spicy beef ramen -- all were delicious! Very fair prices for the quality and amount of food you get!

Fantastic noodles, the scallion pancakes were some of the best I have ever had. Dumplings were amazing, better than any I’ve had from DC to Florida to Maine. We had two different types of ramen, one with tender pieces of pork and one with ground beef in a spicy peanut sauce. Will definitely be back, with a small but refined menu, my family and I are going to try the whole menu at some point.Also to add to the commenter complaining about vegan options, pretty sure a tomato broth...read full review
