the crab rangoon was crispy and delicious and the potstickers were cooked perfectly and flavorful. The miso ramen was perfection! The highlight of the experience though was the conversation from the owner, Tony (aka Tuna). He was such a wonderful and funny person! Will definitely be back again for the food and to see Tony!
We joked with the owner that the reviews were fake because no one was in there. He was funny and very helpful. It is a happening takeout spot. Everything was delicious. We got 3 rolls, miso ramen, & teriyaki rice bowls. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a delicious lunch at Min’s Sushi & Ramen Bowl. My kids said they should get five stars for having so many options (sushi, ramen, bento, and Poke) and being spacious. They are very close to an exit and next to a gas station. The ramen noodle bowl was tasty with great flavors. The pork and bok choy were done very well. My kids loved it. The owner and staff were very friendly. There were traditional Chinese musics in the back ground. Definitely would like to visit again...
