We came for the second time for a birthday party in late August. We had a reservation, so we got right in. We were able to sit outside on their comfortable patio.

We started with a round of drinks and appetizers. I very much enjoyed my Blueberry Bourbon Rickey $(15). The Cheeseteak Eggrolls ($18) were one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I also enjoyed the thick sliced Blueberry Bourbon Bacon ($18). It was the perfect mix of salty and sweet.

The entrees were equally as excellent. I ordered the 8 oz filet with a parmesan crust ($52 + $6)

This is the type of place where sides are a la carte. We ordered a baked potato ($14), creamy garlic mashed potatoes ($13), truffle macaroni and cheese ($13) and a rainbow carrot special. Everything was delicious.

Service was excellent, atmosphere was perfect, and food was amazing. Come, you won’t regret it.

I spent an evening here a few months ago, and I still think back to what an amazing experience it was. I sat alone at the bar on a Friday night, and within minutes everyone felt like friends—it was truly something special. The food was phenomenal (the asparagus was a standout!), but what really set the night apart was the service. It was warm, thoughtful, and unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back. Truly one of the loveliest dining experiences I’ve ever had.

What an amazing place to eat. One of the best in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We live in the general area. We’ve driven past Nick’s a few times and we loved our experience. I emailed the restaurant about options for vegetarians and the owner emailed me right back with a few off menu options. She updated our reservation from 3 to 5. We got there and there was a personalized card on the table. People greeted us with class. The owner came over to make sure we got what we were looked for. Food was great. Service amazing. A beautiful classy atmosphere.

Best food and dining experience we’ve had ever, hands down. I’m not one to leave reviews but felt so compelled to share how amazing this restaurant is as someone from out of town who tried here on a whim. We called to see if there was availability for a family of four on a Saturday evening and they were so flexible and kind and even modified the kids menu to find something that worked for our young children. Our waitress, Laurel, was so welcoming and her recommendations were perfect. To top it off, our steaks were 20/10, along with all of our sides. SO so good!!

This was the most expensive steakhouse I have been too . The service was very slow , the drinks are horrible and super expensive. The steak I had was over cooked and cold. The brisket my wife had was also cold. I will never return to this restaurant and wi tell anyone I know not to go.

This is an amazing restaurant. The food was outstanding. The drinks were delicious. The atmosphere was great. We got to sit in a room that was off in the back which made it easy to enjoy, laugh, and be ourselves. The waitress was also very nice. Definitely recommend!

Love this place. We come here when we’re up from NJ. Food, service and ambiance is excellent. We ordered a ribeye, which they sliced for us to share and a couple of sides: cream spinach (thick and creamy and delicious), loaded baked potato (lots of crispy bacon and melted cheese), Brussels sprouts (nicely carmelized with salty bacon and sweetness) and asparagus, (needed salt and pepper). Also got a huge delicious piece of cake for dessert. Can’t wait to go back.

After spending 240 for 2 meals, 1 app and 4 drinks I am unimpressed. Beef Wellington bites were raw and it could not cut them with my steak knife. Drinks were good. Filet charred. Sides very good.

CROCKS

While the food is exceptional, you pay for it and portions are small. It feels excessive considering the atmosphere is an old house and they put tables right on top of each other. Total cost of our meal (two mocktales, 11 oz of beef, and two sides) with tip was 170$ I would evaluate the experience at about 100$. We won't be back because of that.

This is a "a la carte" place. The steak here is phenomenal and their sauces are good too. Decent selection of wine. Wines by the glass are mostly new world. Their sides, not so good, not worth the price. We shared a couple of the sides (which really you can eat by yourself), and we were disappointed.
Other than that, it's exactly what I'd expect from a steakhouse, and that's good steak.

This place was very disappointing. Bartender was awesome. The decor is unbelievable. The appetizer was delicious. The drinks were very well-made but the main course was horrible. I couldn’t even eat it. I’m not sure if the salt shaker broke when the cook was making it but that’s all I could taste and my wife’s dinner was the same way.

Overall dinners and deserts were excellent, and service was great, but considering the high price was extremely disappointed with seating arrangement. Didnt feel relaxing. We are not in the big city, and space is not at a premium here in Maine. The couples tables were extremely close and didn't lend for an intimate experience with my partner. If you like close quarters dinning, shared conversation, then this is your place. Will not dine here again and will not recommend to friends...
