I recently had the pleasure of joining Dave Sr. as a “Distiller for a Day,” and it was both enjoyable and educational. I was able to experience all facets of the distilling process, from mash to bottling and, of course, taste testing! Plenty of taste testing!!

Excellent service, friendly staff (Skye?), amazing food! Homemade, spirit infused sauces. Had the Burger & coconut shrimp, pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Some of the best craft whiskey and agave spirits we've ever had. Do the tastings, perfect way to sample all the goodness.
Overall, fantastic experience! The building itself is so cool. Then you have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and owner, that offer a great product!
