Being a native of the new haven CT area I have a profound opinion of what pizza should be. This establishment has very good pizza.... like 8.5/10 and I haven't found a 10 yet! The staff was friendly as we literally walked in the door upon thier opening for the day. We walked around the shops on the street waiting for the pizza, brought it back to the hotel and can honestly say it was not a disappointment! We enjoyed our large mushroom and sausage pizza last weekend. The ingredients were fresh and I liked their crust. We called in our order and it was ready right when they said it would be, so no wait. Their service was friendly and with a smile.

We had dinner at Woody’s with our family (7 of us). We ordered 3 large pizzas, there was some left over because they are very large. The pizzas were very good as well as the service.
