“My husband stays in a Hilton hotel 80 nights a year and we typically do not expect a lot out of a hotels in-house restaurant. But the Alloy is different! The food and service was top-notch. Their Burrata appetizer was delicious, the hand tossed pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had and salmon and risotto was incredible! This restaurant is date night worthy!
They also have a nice selection of wines.“
