Ok....served an absolutely beautiful 😍 plate! Fiona did a beautiful job..Great service.
My husband stays in a Hilton hotel 80 nights a year and we typically do not expect a lot out of a hotels in-house restaurant. But the Alloy is different! The food and service was top-notch. Their Burrata appetizer was delicious, the hand tossed pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had and salmon and risotto was incredible! This restaurant is date night worthy!

When I stay at the Doubletree, I always eat at The Alloy and have enjoyed every meal. I brought my wife with me last visit and she got the pizza and rated it A+, and this is from a total pizza snob ;)

The Alloy Restaurant provides a great dining experience with friendly service. Its firewood pizza and short ribs are highly praised. Located in the DoubleTree hotel downtown, the restaurant offers a nice atmosphere, with professional staff and perfect timing. When the weather is nice, outdoor seating is available, making it a good choice for date nights or casual meals. The overall ambiance is low-key yet contemporary, creating a pleasant setting for any occasion.
