My husband stays in a Hilton hotel 80 nights a year and we typically do not expect a lot out of a hotels in-house restaurant. But the Alloy is different! The food and service was top-notch. Their Burrata appetizer was delicious, the hand tossed pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had and salmon and risotto was incredible! This restaurant is date night worthy!
They also have a nice selection of wines.

When I stay at the Doubletree, I always eat at The Alloy and have enjoyed every meal. I brought my wife with me last visit and she got the pizza and rated it A+, and this is from a total pizza snob ;)

Went for a cocktail first and the server and bartender were amazing. Thank you, Taylor and Desann. Then we went for pizza. We ordered a build your own. it could’ve used a little more red sauce but otherwise it was very, very good. Thank you again Taylor and desann. Then we went down for breakfast. It was very good and what a coincidence that were Taylor and. Desanne. All very very enjoyable prices were OK. We definitely come again.
