“I have been having a difficult time how to review my visit. As a small business owner, I understand how a poor review can affect a business, and I have tried not to be that client. However, on this one, I had to be honest how I truly felt. It was my first time ever stepping foot in this place as I have heard a lot of great things about their food and service. I must admit the food was great but the service I received was very subpar and I was very disappointed.
As a small business owner, my staff and I know our regular and a first time client. I told the staff it was my first time and how does the process works in ordering; she wasn't polite at all, nor did she take the time to share with me the experience. The service was a problem for me.“
“I did wait about 45 mins for my Togo order. However, everything was correct. My food was hot. I did not feel like I was being cheated on the portion sizes. The young lady and young man was KILLING it with those Togo orders. They kept us laughing so they wait was not bad. Downtown needs better parking but this is by far my favorite Chipotle. I will definitely be back again.“
