“I ate at Chef Topey’s Kitchen with my children when we made a visit to Detroit. Chet is such a kind man. The food was DELICIOUS!!! From my baby to my six-year-old to my teenagers, to my young adults everyone was beyond satisfied. The food was so good. I tried to make it back before I left but wasn’t able to. I can’t believe some of the negative reviews. I guess nothing is perfect all the time but I would DEFINITELY go!!! See for yourself!!! Oh! And one of my kids is Jamaican and cooks for his family’s restaurant where in Nashville and he loved it too. Go!“

“I waited 50 min just for rice and peas and cabbage! The chef was in there him and another young lady everyone else must’ve called off that day! It was worth the wait! I commend them on their patience and professionalism. I would wait every time for that kind of service reminded me of the long waits and good Jamaican food in New York!!! Love love love this place! Top tier!“
