Vegan Veggie Rasta pasta was delicious??Super creamy, the coconut milk was not overpowering and it had lots of colorful veggies, as it should! Also tried the veggie patty & rice and peas, both on point!
Food was delicious, meat could have been more tender but it was perfectly seasoned and delicious despite this. I got the goat and my partner got the stewed chicken and oxtails. We will be ordering again in the near future. I feel like only a Caribbean or African would care about this part but the plantains weren’t as ripe as they could have been, tasted like they ran out of ripe plantains and had to settle for just yellowing plantains. I ate at Chef Topey’s Kitchen with my children when we made a visit to Detroit. Chet is such a kind man. The food was DELICIOUS!!! From my baby to my six-year-old to my teenagers, to my young adults everyone was beyond satisfied. The food was so good. I tried to make it back before I left but wasn’t able to.
