“Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had sooo much fun. The water park was a blast! We did not want to leave. The premium drinks were so good. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was amazing. So relaxing. The hotel was so clean. I have never stayed in a hotel as clean as this one ever! The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. They came to my room got my daughter’s birthday cake, stored it in their cooler over night for me and delivered it the next day when I called. Not only did they store it for me but they picked it up and dropped it off. They truly make you feel like family. I’ve never felt as comfortable staying at a hotel/resort as I did here. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to visit again.“

“My experience at this tavern what's top of the line I don't know what people's expectations are I found it to be a very friendly relaxing atmosphere just what I needed after a long drive through the state of Michigan I stumbled upon Frankenmuth and I looked for a place to stay will the tavern nearby serve my needs as I read the previous reviews I said to myself wow I must go there now because everyone has dog them out to a point where I don't understand I must go see this place now what I did was buy my wife two drinks and me for beers and I had conversation with the people there and they were friendly I bet the people that wrote the negative reviews are not very friendly people at all so don't read all the reviews all the time and make your choices off of that go do the only thing possible live a little bit“

“It may have had a bad reputation at one time but the spider trap has really turned that around. It's nothing like it used to be. Locally owned, really awesome employees!!! As for a dive bar everything one should be if not more definitely recommend“
