“So, my husband and I literally just left this place and I have to say it’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to! That is saying something cause my I’m from Florida where my Tia and tio own a Mexican restaurant for almost 50 years now. I have been searching for a place that even comes close to them with the quality and freshness they have. The food here was out super fast! We sat down got our drinks super fast, I got the margarita. We order and the food is out in what felt like 5 mins. The food was the freshest I have had since my aunts restaurant. Super super fresh! Margarita , amazing! Super smooth! The quality is here for sure! You won’t regret it! Thank you for your fresh tasty food! We came here All the way from Westland lol totally worth it! (I have lived in many states due to the military and nothing compares)“

“Yes, I am on here reviewing this restaurant again! We literally go every week usually on taco Tuesdays for a great deal on those savory vittles! Not only are the staff and kitchen people extremely friendly, but they are willing to make your meal to order. They are fast, and fabulous. I look forward to going there every week! I highly recommend the beans and rice with queso. But my roommate thinks the Carnitas are where it’s at. To this day I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t absolutely love! They actually know my order so well that I don’t even have to explain exactly how I want my food they always remember. So if you’re in a hurry or just want a delectable treat that is not only fresh but made in traditional homemade recipes. Every time I leave, I want to call and tell them how good the food was that day! But if everybody did that 😳 they’d never be off the phone!! “My wife and I have eaten here several times and love it. The food and service are top quality. Lately we've found the Molcajete to be our favorite. We share it and still have enough leftovers for at least another meal for each of us. The workers are all so kind, fun, and happy. They make us feel great every time we come... After a poor experience next door at the Main St Pub, we aborted our dinner over there and came to Los Amigos where we KNEW we would be well taken care of and they lived up to it!“

“We tried a little bit of everything since it was our first time there. There is a small language barrier but the ladies were still very helpful and nice. We got the chicken tacos, beef tacos, tamales, and I don't know the name of the other item ?‍♀️? but I took pictures! Everything was really good, the tamales were very different from Mexican tamales. They weren't bad, just unexpectedly different, I don't know if we'd get those again. It was made with rice and what appeared to be an entire chicken thigh - bone and all. Would highly recommend trying tho, will be going back on a Saturday to try their bakery items ?“

“I once knew someone who knows the real Taco Bob. I love their walking tacos. Sometimes I stop downtown in Kalamazoo and grab two because I'm greedy. I'm a simple guy with a complex perspective so I decided to go to the Taco Bob's in Portage. I wanted soft tacos instead of walking tacos... Let's just say I bit off more than I could chew because I've been addicted ever since! And now it's a FIGHT for my LIFE!! AND MY SANITY!! BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE A DECISION WHETHER I WANT SOFT TACOS OR IF I WANT WALKING TACOS.

Parking: Don't try to park on the brick street just park next to it or next to the library or go to a parking ramp nearby. I like the roof. Find an open space somewhere not too far and take a nice walk.“

“This was my first time stopping at this Qdoba. I could tell from the line they were short staffed. But I have to say this was the best service I’ve ever had at any Qdoba. When I arrived there was only one gal working the food line was also working the register but she managed to acknowledge each person waiting in line, apologizing for the delay. She was quick & efficient and very friendly! Her manager jumped in to help and he was also very friendly, making sure the food was fresh before serving. The food was great, the service was great! I sure wish I could remember the gals name who was working so hard, so I could make sure her manager knows to keep her!! I’m pretty sure her name began with a “T”. 😊. I’ll definitely be going back there!“
