“I had such a great experience at Crumbl cookies today.
It was my cheat day for the month and I had been CRAVING. A soft cookie. I decided on Crumbl since it had been a while.
I went in and the store was clean, everyone seemed to be in a good mood, and the employee that helped me was really nice. I didn’t know what flavor to get and I didn’t want to get something and be disappointed, and jokingly told the employee that it would literally ruin my whole day if I took a risk and ended up not liking it. 💀🤣 which I mean is kind of true. So I asked which one was his favorite which was the Oreo one. I got it, waited maybe two minutes. And then a different employee handed me my cookie with a big smile on her face! I told her necklace was so pretty! Because it reminded me of lord of the rings.
Anyway, When I got to the car I opened the box, snapped a pic for the gram, then took a bite. It was SO good!!!! 😊😭🩷
10/10 will return for my next cheat day.

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

I enjoy this place so much I’ve been there twice in a week, and purchased 22 meals from their weekly package meals. “I went off season (no outdoor activities involved) and was so impressed by this little gem in Grand Rapids. The donuts were beautifully soft and so satisfying. Additionally, everyone at the wine cellar was so friendly and so helpful. Though very sweet, I loved their recommendations, and I’m so glad I bought bottles to share of their peach Spumante. They did offer a discount if you buy 4+ bottles. Also, loved hearing that their wines support local MI farmers as all the fruit used for the fruit wines comes from MI farms.“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“
