I'm a pizza snob. I compare pizza to my dad's homemade from scratch pizza. Growing up, every Saturday dinner was pizza. We made various tomato sauces from tomatoes picked from my dad's family farm. Our pizza sauce was homemade, as well as the dough. Simple and delicious. Big name pizza joints never could outshine my dad's pizza. They have excellent pizzas, and it’s the perfect place for those avoiding gluten; there are three gluten-free crusts available. We like the broccoli cheddar version. Prices are very reasonable. Two minor drawbacks: toppings are pretty small portions, and there is a surcharge for using a credit card.Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free crusts.
