Drove through messed up the order and Jacob took care of it for me!! Very professional, and super kind. Big fan of this dude and how he ran this restaurant
Needs better management at night. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for a burger and a medium frosty. Saw one guy just walking around doing nothing (he was black, tall, short hair, and big smile), and another guy (wearing a blue shirt, shift leader?) doing the minimum. Poor drive thru dude was running around so much he was sweating. If there weren't people behind me waiting just as long I would have lectured the 2 other guys, got their names, and reported them to corporate....read full review
Tired of ordering fries that burn your mouth because they’re cooked in the same fryer as the spicy items. The new nuggets aren’t very good and I always have to check my burger before leaving to make sure there is no cheese on it, more often then not there is always cheese!
