We stopped to get coffee on the way out of town and a donuts for our daughter who was sad about having to leave. Finn took our order and quickly changed the whole mood of our car. It went from sad and stressed to light-hearted and happy. He went above and beyond for all of us and gave us customer service that is rarely given anymore.
