I was just going through the drive through at this location and noticed the gloves of the young man serving me. I asked if they were latex and he confirmed they were. I let him know I have a latex allergy. he handled it very well. offered and did remake my sandwich, wiped down my card. I was very appreciative. Usually enjoy your food...never an issue. Had the tuna the other day and no joke it was uneditable. Ruined my night.
I'd love to give you 5* because guess what I actually LOVE jimmy johns but after tonight I won't go back to this location. $1 subs are nice and all but not what I wanted. I approached the cashier to ask if we had to wait in line if we were ordering full price subs and he didn't know, so he asked the person next to him who didn't know but said "just ring her up" so I said let me grab the money from my mom in line. 6 seconds!!!
