I visited Wendy's on Monday, 9-21-2026 at 4:15 p.m., here in Allegan. I was greeted and assisted by employee Harlen. He was patient, courteous, calm and polite. The order was done correctly and given to me within minutes. Thankyou again, Harlen.

Came through the drive-through tonight around 8:30 guy charged me for what I ordered correctly. Perfect. Gave me a bright pearly, white smile. Wendy’s, I found your new CEO. Tall buzz cut brunette working at the window. That man should get a minimum of 100,000 a year. He had a 5 o’clock shadow and looked like he was in his 20s. I hope to see him again.
