Well I placed an order on line (where names were typed out) for one cake and one pie both with Happy Birthday and the name. Unfortunately they spelled the name wrong for my grandchild but we needed to accept the order because the party was in just a few hours. I do understand mistakes happen but when I called to speak with Management this morning expecting a little empathy and remorse in stead i received I am sorry mistakes happen and it is was it is then they hung up. I hosted an event at the Baskin Robbins in Allen Park. The Staff was efficient everything went smoothly and the people who came to our event had a really good time. I would use Baskin Robbins as my first choice for Ice Cream!
