“Good value burger and okay atmosphere.

- Cheeseburger - $9.30: The 4oz (?) burger patty was cooked medium-well by default but you can specify your preference (I forgot to ask for it medium). It was cooked a little closer to medium, was juicy, and medium quality. It was hand-made rather than a printed frozen patty. The cheese was a good amount, but not fully melted. You can add toppings so I had lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup, and mayo. There were TWO thicker tomato slices which was not over-the-top on flavor, but did make the burger slide around a lot and became messy at the end. The bun was large and heavy and just right!

- Fries - $2.90 extra with the burger: Medium to large cut fries, but shorter. They were served hot, soft and full inside and a thicker exterior. I don’t think it had any salt on it because I had to dump salt on them and I typically prefer light salt.

- Hashbrowns - $4: I visited with someone else and they had the hashbrowns. They were cooked with a generous amount of butter and cooked just right.

- Service: At time time, we seated ourselves. The tables were set with LOTS of cream (basic and flavored) for coffee and plenty of other condiments. The server was straight to the point and fast. Our meal came out in less than 10 minutes!

- Atmosphere: The outside is very plain and non-discript. The interior has a bit more of an at-home feel, though a little disorganized and run down (but the prices were fair). They have tables and chairs as well as booths. We sat at a booth and the seat sunk in a bit. It was fairly clean, though. They have speakers in the ceiling, but there was NO music playing. Voices did carry a bit sometimes, but it was generally medium level volume.

- Conclusion: It’s a good plain sit-down restaurant that is still fast, fair-priced, and comfortable enough.

Visited on a Thursday just before 11am.“
