On Nov.10, 24 I went thru the drive-thru, ordered 2 tuna subs (#4) waited 22 min (I literally shut my car off while waiting)…watched employees look at their phones & listened to their chit-chat. The girl that took my order came over to the window & was stunned that a car was waiting! 🙄 She grabbed to subs that were sitting on the counter and gave them to me. I have had nothing but problems with this Jimmy John’s lately. 1st time took over an hour for delivery. They said they were short staffed and only had 1 driver. They did give me a free sub when they finally delivered. Awesome. Gave them another chance after that, again took over 40 minutes and the app said my food was delivered. Called again and they said the driver delivered it to the wrong address, took another 20 minutes after that to get my food. This last time, just now...read full review
Just ordered sitting in the drive thru my sub is finished and yes wrapped I see the guy making it drop it on the filthy floor and bag it with my other food seriously this may not bother some people but wrapped or not it hit the floor that’s gross I tell the guy that it’s pretty gross his response well it was wrapped back to subway I go those floors have your filthy shoes on them that now is on the wrapper that I’m going to touch with my hands to unwrap and touch my sub with...read full review
