My medium steak was much closer to medium well...I can deal with it, just not thrilled...the bottom of the steak was burnt in places... major disappointment. I dont tend to send food back, because I have worked in good service, and know what can happen. Our waitress struggled with hearing what our table was asking for. My son ordered traditional wings, but got boneless like my other kid. Some of the chicken tenders looked a whole lot more like fingers than tenders. No drink...
Service was great. Steak came out way too raw. Sent it back and the manager came back out to serve it and make sure it was ok. That was nice of the manager and shows good management. Food was chain restaurant food
Had an excellent late lunch here on 6/19. Was greeted by the hostess and sat immediately, food was great, but the waitress was amazing. One of the nicest and sweetest people I have met and also, extremely efficient and perfect customer service. The receipt showed her name as Renia S and i sincerely hope she is recognized for being such a bright light to people.
