The staff was prompt and efficient. What was expected at a neighborhood DQ. Happy to explain the offered options. Not a large parking lot, but I m sure a bigger lot would require a larger lease and an effect on profits and product. Easy in,easy out.
Dairy Queen will always deserve 5 ☆'s, BUT, this location is not up to date on technology, and does not use the app, or even print out a receipt with scan code so that I could add it to my app on my own. So I chose not to order here yesterday. ?

Parking: Only walk up, little parking. But it's perfect because it's a tourist town. Everyone rides bikes and walks anyway.

One of the most exciting things is finding out they're opened. It is The first sign. that winter is almost over. I have been coming here since I was a little kid. Now my kids get the privilege to be coming here. It is Alpena staple. To be honest it should be Alpena historical landmark. The amount of memories families have made here.Standard in line waiting for the ice cream. I think everyone in Alpena has a happy memory in this place.
