I liked that this place orders ice cream made by local companies. I was greeted when I walked in, but unfortunately after that the staff was more interested in speaking with each other. I had to initiate my questions and for samples. It wasn't busy when I visited so there is no excuse.
I am a retail operations manager, I teach my staff that the guests come first and the focus is assisting them when they walk through...

Parlour is very clean inside.
It will be too crowded for persons with mobility problems, particularly there isn't enough space to navigate around the flavor window with a walker or wheelchair.
