It was an average McDonald's experience as far as most things go. It was monopoly game time and one of our hashbrowns was completely missing a game piece like the sticker placeholder was just not there probably due to manufacturer error. When I brought it up I was treated with suspicion and no apology was offered which is standard customer service even for a minor inconvenience such as this. Really put me off to be treated as though I was running some sort of scam. This particular location is struggling with staffing over the last few years and that is reflected in the service or the treatment of customers sometimes. I still support them and will return, but there is room for improvement.

very seldom eat McDonald's any more. today 6-30-2025 drive thru US23 so. location...had to wait , pull over, for my 1/4 pounder w/ cheese. drove out, stopped to eat. way overdone, and cold !!! how can you wait 5 minutes ,and get served a cold burger ???? Arby's is right across the street, do better!

In my high-school years I've worked at Mcdonalds so I get it and typically wouldn't hate on the workers. However since covid happened every location is terrible. There is absolutely 0 reason why every customer that comes through here is parked and has to wait 15 minutes for what they've ordered. Just to receive the food and it be wrong and cold.

honestly, workers are lazy. There is no reason to park every vehicle that comes through. wait 15 minutes for an order placed online. then the food to be cold.

Two times in a month ( never again) ordered and paid for what I ordered but first time got sausage and paid for steak bagel second time ordered double 1/4 pounder paid for it but got 1/4 ponder… yes I should have checked before leaving and now will at future restaurants but never had to worry before!! Sorry state employees don’t care or aren’t qualified to read an order!

We did not go in to eat. Went to drive Through. Fast service food was hot and good. They did. Forget to give us our sauces so we had to go back for that. But we weren't far away so it wasn't a problem.

I come here about every week and today I asked for no onions and extra mustard on my McDoubles and they put onions so i go back in and tell them they remake it without onion but put no mustard. It’s EVERYTIME I come here they mess up the order.
