I ordered a spicy crispy chicken with no pickle at the drive thru and they gave me extra pickles and extra sauce as well as re-dropped fries. At first, it's like no biggy. I drive back around and request to have it fixed. To which their response was for the manager to TAKE THE FOOD back through the window and just REHEAT it. The fries were so stale and greesy. The sandwich wasn't any different from when they sent it out the first time. The manager tried to argue with me when I came in to ask for a different sandwich. It would've been fine if they just took the old food and replaced it instead. He went to the back after I informed him I'll be calling the health department in the morning. They shouldn't be taking food back in the window, regardless of if it was reheated or not. This experience took about a half hour.

The lobby was closed on a Friday night at 9:30 when their hours said until 11. I used the mobile app, paid money for my food, and never got it. Calling them only gave me a busy tone, and as of writing this over an hour later, there's nothing but. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it isn't the crew's fault either. They're extremely short-staffed, given they've been advertising open interviews for over six months now.

Just go to Taco Bell, this place actually sucks. If they don't get your order wrong the food will still most likely be soggy and gross..breakfast ain't bad, but after that it's garbage

I have been there 3 weeks in a row. Each time the order is wrong either forget a sandwich or totally wrong order. Used to be my favorite McDonald's not anymore. I will go the extra miles and go to the one on 32. You have to get better. I understand busy I understand mistakes but 3 times in a row l just can't.

Just went through the drive thru, asked for cooked to order food since most times you get soggy nasty food... well they pulled me forward and made me sit for about 10 or so minutes only to bring out soggy barley warm food. Smdh!

Terrible service. There is no reason to have to wait for 13 minutes to receive a simple order at 7:15pm. Then no napkins were included. Get it together!
