They were pretty busy. There were probably 8 cars in front of me while I was waiting to pick up my online order. After about 10 minutes or so I got to the front and the worker apologized for the wait. Told him I didn't need an apology as I know it hurts busy during lunch but it was much appreciated. Food was great and fresh

It was 1:30 on a Saturday, there was only one car ahead of me. My stars given for atmosphere was because of the drive through line, as it is with every taco bell, once you're in the line there's no getting out. Back in the day I only had so much time for lunch. And if the people ahead of me were taking a long time I was stuck, making me late for work. And more recently, I liked their Cinnabon coffee. Not knowing they'd discontinued it, I got in line with others behind me, too find out i couldnt get a coffee and had to sit behind everyone ahead of me just so i could get back on the road. This visit I orderred the wild strawberry freeze regular size, and the chicken cantina burrito, both were really good. But almost $12 for a burrito and a small drink is very overpriced. I could have went to a sit down restaurant and got a plate of food, and a drink with free refills. The staff here was very nice, friendly, fast but not to pushy. I will go back but not order the freeze drink and get my normal choices instead of trying something new.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The service wasn’t great but the tables you sit at are disgusting. They’re sticky from apparently never having been cleaned, this has to be a health violation of some sort. If you go here plan on poor service and don’t eat inside, unless you want to stick to the table.

I am done with being asked evertime I go if I want to contribute to their college fund. Just so taco bell can claim they did a great thing and the credit. I said no and I am 110% sure my food was messed with.
Paid $14 for a chicken quesadilla that had roughly 4 “pieces” of chicken on it. If you are gonna charge a premium price you better give me something loaded. Used to be good here but now seems to be extra expensive with poor quality.

We stood at the register for 10 min. A guy walked passed us to go have a cigarette in the parking lot. While another guy making food just shrugged his shoulders at us. When the guy came in from his cigarette/vape break, he again walked right passed us. And when we asked if anyone worked there, he got offened and told us to leave. Thats the 3rd taco bell we've been to that's done this to us. We'll make our own tacos, because I won't be returning to any of them. Ever

Whoever was on the line at 5:10 pm Tuesday July 29th sucks and needs to be retrained. No cheese on top of the grilled cheese burrito, skimped lettuce of all things on two DLTs but made my regular taco perfectly normal as if that makes sense and cut both of my quesadilla upside down and the grilled cheese burrito couldn't even be called a regular burrito with the lacking cheese because it was as thin as a pencil. Get it together man.
