I really liked aMa Bistro. The menu is very robust and has a lot of options. I had a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries that were delicious. It wasn't too busy considering it's in downtown AA and everyone working there was super nice. I'll definitely be back.
Very cute place and the food options are great. The server is very sweet. The matcha is very sweet like the type you would get at Starbucks. I tried the Egg Bhurani house special and enjoyed it, but the dish and the hash browns were very salty to me. I'm from Dallas and don't use a lot of salt and sugar so it could be a regional preference.

The service here is always great and the entire staff is very attentive and caring. If theres an issue with your order, they will fix it immediately. I usually come here on weekends since I live so far away, but everytime the food has been delectable. I would highly suggest getting the Eggs Benny; its honestly the best in the area.
