Went in due to some conversations with friends about the service and food. I tended to write this review two months ago but due to family problems I totally forgot until I went in yesterday and did not see the black girl there. I live in Arizona but I when I came back in town yesterday had to come back for the Ruben. Even brought two of my friends with me and they loved it. The service from two months ago was okay but not like before. The two people who made my experience great was not there but hope when I come back in town to see them again. But two months ago with it being my first time there the service is excellent. Went in and the black chick that was there was always smiling and very friendly. When she did not know something she made it clear she did not know and talked to the manger John I think his name was and he explained everything to the max and was very clear. They were the perfect team and her smile made me really feel welcomed there and glad that I choose to come in. Definitely will be back as long as I there is a friendly smile as warm as hers there. Recommend this place because of the service I received with John and the black girl I really wish I could have gotten her name because you don’t come across a person who smiles and welcomes customers and also wishes they have a great day when leaving.

While I can definitely give Amer’s credit for having really good sandwiches and a wide variety of food and drinks, wait times are always way too long. Today I waited almost 30 minutes for one sandwich, and before my name was called I watched them call at least 3 orders that were either made wrong or that customers had asked for in a to-go box but were served on a plate. Mine came out on a plate despite having asked for it to-go. The man went back and wrapped the sandwich and put it in a bag but then proceeded to give it to the completely wrong person who was also waiting for their sandwich. Luckily the person quickly realized their error as I walked up but it was definitely frustrating that I’d waited so long for it to be given to the wrong person and it wasn’t even a major lunch rush.

I had to wait way too long for this sad, cold hot dog. Not a place to visit again :(

Ordered to go and they kept waiting over 45 minutes. Tried to call and speak to someone and they were very rude. Had to call back again and they kept hanging up phone without taking the call. Do NOT order from here if you want any kind of service.

An Ann Arbor staple located adjacent to the main quad. For non students highly recommend you come during off peak hours on the weekdays as this place can get packed. Came at 10am walked right up to the counter. Ordered the Meggwich sandwich, it is a nice sandwich at a decent price. The sandwiches do take sometime to come out. What, I really came for were the Acai bowls which were the best, I have had in the Ann Arbor area. Nice portion, a wonderful treat anytime of the day. Will definitely be back for Acai bowls they also have a lot of Chicago favorites if you are home sick and need your fix. Going to try their Italian beef sandwich next time, I am there.

Breakfast! Bacon, egg, cheese, and tomato on challah. Don't pre-tailgate without it.

Fantastic! Little belly. Serves breakfast all day and has about 100 sandwiches. The space is quaint, and the location is super convenient for a quick bite downtown.

Love the crepes. They are freshly made I front of you and are very tasty. The prices here are a bit high and you could find crepes for less, but it’s nice to support a small business. They know French here, which could be helpful to you! They also have açaí: so I’d definitely recommend that! Yummy place.

A little bit on the pricier side but the food is always excellent. They have so many different items on the menu, close to 100 I think. Friendly staff, food is out in a timely manner. Eggs all day is a blessing!

LOVE AMERS!!! the menu is incredibly large, definition of "there is something for everyone." the tuna salad is amazing, and the smoothies/acai are also great. the service is a bit slow but there is a ton of seating. definitely a regular stop for me!
