Pretzels are never fresh. I got a cinnamon sugar pretzel that was rock hard again last night. Honestly selling expired product is not excusable when you can just apologize and say you don't have it. Kids that work there are nice but don't really care and it shows.

Haven’t felt discriminated against in a while but I was refused service by a young white woman here because “pretzel nuggets aren’t ready” despite asking for a cinnamon pretzel that was visible in the warmer. She said we couldn’t even stay to wait while other people were still served. Really weird and very awkward experience Dec 30th at 1:45p

stop burning the pepperoni i’m pissed everytime i go here they burning the pepperoni bites and i have to pay for it

The pizza with pepperoni bites shouldn’t be on the menu as they were pretty terrible, ranch isn’t included, and price is absurd. Staff was nice though.

I’m not even sure how this location has over 4 stars on Google but has 2.5 on Yelp. But I’m here to tell you the Yelp 2.5 is more accurate. This place legit sucks. They never have anything available. I decided to write this review because this is my 5th time in a row being disappointed. I hardly come to this mall and when I do I like to get a snack but this location barely has anything on the menu. No pretzel dogs, no cinnamon pretzels… just employees standing there with excuses. They need to really close this location

This location was good but not great, they are not very sanitary as you can see in the picture but being short staff shouldn’t do that. But great prezals!!!

It really sucks not being able to order from a chain you like because the location near you has terrible service. today we waited over 30 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. it appeared as though they didn’t begin making the order until we inquired about where it was after that 15 minutes. the workers have always responded with attitude when letting me know that my wait times are being postponed again and again. whenever ive placed online orders they always still make me wait in line behind customers ordering in person to pick it up and will not issue in store refunds when they take longer to serve you than they were supposed to (not to mention longer than you have time to wait for!) They also have a very inconvenient online refund process that takes days to get your money back for food you didn’t even get. I don’t know why they never have anything already made but they are very short tempered about providing bare minimum quality service so there are no excuses.

Loved these pretzels ever since I’ve tasted them. There have been many occasions here I visit the mall just to get more. The staff are very friendly and some have even gotten to know me lol

One of the chewiest (tough) pretzels I've ever had. Sales person rang order up wrong, then wants me to fork over more cash cause she was wrong. Not a very good impression for a first time customer.

This is a really good mall Aunt Annie's. The only downside is the line is normally long but its because the product is good and it moves fast. I like that the workers here are always smiling and in a good mood... plus the pretzels and cheese dip rock!

Parking: It's in the mall.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love Aunt Annies and its close to the play place.

I worked here years ago, I remembered making everything and it’s nice to see management changed. Not much has changed for quality, still the quality I remember. But for those who are wondering they open at 10, but don’t start selling product until closer to 11.

“Pretzels aren’t ready so I can’t help you”Wouldn’t even let me wait 5 minutes for the pretzels to be ready. Wouldn’t take my order.
