Worst customer service at king of Prussia mall on the bottom floor there is Mrs. Fields and let me tell you the lady was very rude to mom and I and she doesn’t have customers service at all. She messed up my neice cookie cake to so I won’t be going back to Mrs.field at king of Prussia mall location. I just so livid right now
