I hate to come on here and confirm reviews about the service but they’re true. Was it atrocious? No. I don’t want to dunk on our server because it’s almost always a management/ ownership problem but we got there and the place was 75% empty, were seated, and then our server didn’t come for maybe 10 minutes at which point we asked if we could order and he kinda pretended like “Okay I can take your order sure” as if he wasn’t our server (he was). The table next to us...
Amazing food but really really poor service. We waited 20 minutes to place our order even after getting someone’s attention. They just don’t seem to care either. They didn’t apologize or offer any type of compensation. Disappointing but amazing food. For such an expensive restaurant the service should be better.

Unsure if the heater was out for the place or what, but it was FRIGID. Despite wearing sweaters, the majority of the party wore our winter jackets during the meal... Food and drinks were great, but it was overall pretty ridiculous for a pricey meal with the super cold atmosphere. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place during the winter months unless the heating situation is fixed.
