Our flagship bao. Korean braised chuck short rib, vinegar slaw, special green sauce, sesame served on a soft pillowy bun.
Spicy Pork Bao
Gochujang-marinated pork shoulder, vinegar slaw, onion crisps, mayo.
Musubi Bao
A taste of Honolulu in A2. Charred Spam, grilled kimchi, seaweed sheet, teriyaki glaze, sesame, served on a soft pillowy bun.
Shroomy Bao
Completely vegetarian, and completely delicious. Gochujang marinated portobello mushroom, vinegar slaw, mayo, onion crisps, sesame served on a soft pillowy bun.
Chicken Apple Bao
All-American! Chicken apple sausage, vinegar slaw, grilled onion, spicy mayo on a soft pillowy bun.
Bao Mi (Veg)

I tried the Shorty, Spicy Chicken, and Bao MI, all three were excellent and full of flavor! We sat at the picnic tables nearby and enjoyed our meal outside with beautiful weather. Highly recommend!

Food truck behind York Food and Wine...cute outdoor dining area and would be fun with friends! Baos were good but flavors could use more depth/nuance (I felt the shorty and spicy chicken tasted pretty much the same). Our favorite was the bao mi.

Love this space so much! The food is incredible! Had a variety of the available buns, and the fries with brisket is worth it! I like that there is an outdoor bar, and also a wine bar next door. It was perfect sitting outside with shade off the main road. Will be back!
