We had Ben & Jerry's Ann Arbor cater the dessert for our wedding and it was the greatest decision ever. I think it'll be something that will be talked about for years to come. Matthew was so easy to work with, arrived on time, worked well with my coordinator to get set up in the right location, and everyone enjoyed themselves! I highly recommend working with them for any event you need some ice cream at!

Ben and Jerry's is always a great stopfor a treat. Their ice cream is top notch and they always have facilities that are more than adequate. This shop is located across the street from UM campus in one of the busier and more appealing commercial areas in Ann Arbor. On this visit, I'll note that the service was up to B&J's standard and the prices were what I would expect.

My wife and I generally split a two-scoop cup when we visit an ice cream...

I’ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience.

Sure, sometimes it’s absolutely slammed and really busy, but the staff has always been nice which I really do appreciate and commend them for since I know working retail period can be tough, especially a place as crowded as downtown Ann Arbor.

Great vibes all around, quality product that is a bit on the higher end for cream, but also is worth it to me to support a company...
