First thing first the Atmosphere is amazing. The ambiance and music is great. The server was amazing, and ultra courteous. However the food leaves much to be desired. The ribs were dry and tasted like sweet and sour sauce with peanuts. The salad is a clump of lettuce with green goo on it. The Jerk Chicken was pretty good, and the only thing that matched the ambiance. I wish they would have actual sides that automatically come with your plate, as well as more Caribbean options.

A night to remember. I was able to see one of my favorite jazz pianist. In a setting where I was literally no further than ten feet away from any of the members of the trio. If not already. Joey Alexander will one day be recognized as one of the greats. I asked the manager if I could get my album autographed, that I had taken. He asked them if it would be okay. I was invited into the dressing room. It was all way too cool!

I made reservations at Blue LLama for March 19th to celebrate my fiancé’s 51st birthday. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances came up, and I needed to either cancel or reschedule. I reached out several times—calling the day before, a few times after, and even sending emails. Not once did I receive a response, call back, or any acknowledgment.
It has now been over 5 days with no communication, but they had no problem charging me $185. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience such unprofessional and unacceptable customer service, especially from an establishment that claims to offer fine dining and quality experiences.
At this point, I plan to take whatever steps are necessary to recover my funds and make others aware of this situation. I expected better and will not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.
