The pumpernickel bagel was good, as was the coffee. The service was fairly quick as there were only a few customers. However, the bagels were a little miserable looking; the five cheese looked like foccacia, and the garlic bagels were unusually flat. It wasn't the usual Bruegger's quality. Sausage/Egg/Cheese on an Everything Bagel is what keeps me visiting either location. Can't say that I'm Professor Bagel, but their Everything version has consistently been better than a couple of the others I've tried. LOVE the free coffee reward if ordering from the app. My wife said their Asiago destroys Panera's. *UPDATED* Fresh bagels, fast service and now nice and clean again. 3.7 average clearly reflects the struggles they were having with staffing for a while, just like everywhere else. Gave them another try this morning and everything was back to great. The coffee was even hot. Well done!
