I am very disappointed in this location. One of my favorite sandwiches to get is the classic chicken sandwich. Can't go wrong with it. Yet someone gave me the wrong one. I was missing multiple items from the to go order i placed. Side of Mac n cheese, large fries with lemon pepper, and the tater tots to my meal.

Went here last weekend with a couple friends to grab some wings and a beer. The place had a nice, casual vibe and the staff was pretty friendly. We tried a few different sauces — the honey BBQ and buffalo were my favorites, both had good flavor without being too spicy. The wings were cooked well, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Prices were fair for the portion size too. Only thing is it got a bit noisy when it got busy, but that’s kinda expected. Overall, good spot if you’re craving wings and want to relax with friends.

Horrible experience took 120 mins to get our food and then it was cold. Not even busy. No excuse for such terrible service and food wait staff was missing for like 45 mins. No silverware. No excuse really for such terrible food and service. So disappointing
Stopped in for some wings the other night and overall had a pretty good experience. The wings were cooked well — crispy on the outside and tender inside. I tried a few different sauces, and most of them had great flavor, though one was a bit saltier than I’d prefer. The service was friendly and the food came out fairly quickly even though it was a busy evening. The atmosphere was lively with plenty of TVs showing sports, which made it a fun place to hang out for a bit. Prices were about what you’d expect for a casual dining spot. Overall, a solid place for wings and a relaxed night out.

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP FOR LUNCH FROM THIS LOCATION. I guarantee will be disappointed. I tried to give these guys another chance today. Placed an ahead of time order around 10:30 am for a 12:30 pickup. I got there at 12:32 and did not receive my food until 12:52........ food was lukewarm. Missed part of my work shift because of the late food. I already submitted a complaint on BD FAQ, but that clearly did nothing. If you want to make things right for people who keep having to deal with this bs, your best bet is a CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT. Unfortunately, we were less than thrilled with our experience with this BWW location. We placed a pick-up order online this weekend around 6pm, for a pick-up around 7p.
Pros: -Folks at the pick up and on the phone were helpful and kind. They sought to provide service and/or solve our issue quickly. -We ordered lots of different things, and each of the wings or cauliflower wings came separately packaged and clearly labeled with what sauce or type of wing they were. Win!
Cons: -We ordered some blue cheese and some ranch for our sauces, but got all blue cheese. They're both white sauces, and it's easy to mix up. We chalked this up to human error and moved on. -We ordered one of the meal deals specifically because it came with large fries. We did not get any large fries. By the time we realized this, we were already home and not willing to drive 10miles back. We called BWW, and they were helpful - verified a few details and then said I'd get a refund in a couple of days. OK, fine. We let this go, too. -One of the cauliflower wings orders we got came sauceless. The package correctly listed what kind of sauce we wanted, but the wings were just fried cauliflower w/o sauce....that was really sucky. We paid for something, and it would have been nice to get it. By now, we just wanted to eat and weren't going to call back to report yet another issue, but come on..
Getting BWW is a treat for us, so the experience was very disappointing. We had already tipped ahead on the online order, but would have deducted some if we could due to the experience. We will not be going back to this location.
